“Philanthropy Talents Development Program” Exhibited in the 2nd China Charity Fair

The 2nd China Charity Fair was held in Shenzhen on September 21st. Amway Charity Foundation (ACF) attended the Fair and exhibited its "China Philanthropy Talents Development Program".

"China Philanthropy Talents Development Program" is co-sponsored by ACF and China Charity & Donation Information Center under the guidance of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, engaging over 10 charity organizations in China. With an investment of RMB 10 million (USD 1.6 million), ACF plans to find and develop philanthropy talents, support their individual growth, and establish a sound system for cultivating such human capital in China during the course of three years. This Program will help these participants build their capacities and expand their resources, thus providing the charity community in China with a consistent supply of professional talents. This Program has drawn on the model of a business incubator and therefore been regarded as the philanthropic version of "Innovation Works", a company founded by Kai-fu Lee with the mission of cultivating and supporting entrepreneurial talents.
