ACF aligns its annual project plan with its mission and constitution. Project information shall be distributed to potential partners by means of website, e-mail, letters, and telephone communication.

All projects must be reviewed by the executive committee of the Foundation and be approved by Chair of the Foundation or the agent designated by Chair.

For any project to get approved, it must: be in line with ACF's mission and annual project plan, have clear social value, be sustainable and conform to ACF's financial management rules.

Project management process:

1. Project proposal. The project executor should fill a project application form attached with a detailed project proposal and submit it to ACF's Project Management Department. ACF's project officers shall audit and select the submitted project proposals, communicate and consult with project partners, and recommend adjustments to the project proposals. After a project is deliberated by the executive committee and approved by the Chair, ACF will sign a donation agreement with the partner.

2. Donation application and allocation. Once a project is approved, ACF's project officers will fill out an Amway Charity Foundation Payment Application Form.. ACF's Finance Department will issue the funding to the partner, and the partner should provide invoice or receipt for the donation.

3. Project implementation and supervision. The partner is responsible for implementing the project and monitoring the project process along with ACF's project officers through site visits, self-review and project interim reports.

4. Project evaluation. After a project is completed, ACF's project officers and the project executor should conduct a comprehensive project evaluation. The evaluation should be well participated by the local community or be conducted by a third party.

5. Project completion. After the project evaluation is done, ACF's project officers should work with the partner to complete a Project Completion Report and a Project Liquidation Report. The official files generated in the course of project implementation together with non-official documents that are necessary to keep shall be properly saved and archived.
