从2011年成立至今，安利公益基金会总计建成1700所春苗营养厨房，培训超过2000名厨房管理员，受益儿童达百万。春苗厨房遍及全国13个省，106个县，是目前国内规模最大、影响力最广泛的厨房公益项目。
From 2011 to present, Amway Charity Foundation (ACF) has built more than 1,700
kitchens in 106 counties of 13 provinces, trained 2,000 kitchen administrators and impacted 1 million children. It is currently the largest and most influential kitchen charity project in China.
图2 2.春苗阶段性成果发布-Initial results of Spring Sprout Kitchen released
2013年9月12日，安利公益基金会在湖南省长沙市召开"春苗营养计划"阶段性成果发布会，公布了春苗营养计划开展两年以来的阶段性成果，春苗厨房正常运转率超过97. 65%，项目综合满意度达到96%。经北京大学儿童青少年卫生研究所调研，项目学校儿童身体状况、营养状况、健康状况均有显著改善，项目学校学生智商优良比例比非项目学校学生高出9个百分点。
On Sep 12, 2013, the initial results release conference of Amway Charity Foundation's Spring Sprout Project was held in Changsha, Hunan Province. According to the release, two years after its inception, the Spring Sprout Kitchens' (SSK) rate of normal operation reached 97.36% and the satisfaction rate 96%. As the survey of Institute of Child and Adolescent Health, Peking University showed, school students in this project had significant improvement in physical fitness, nutrition and health. The proportion of students demonstrating education success was 9% higher than non-project students.
3.参与克林顿基金会全球倡议行动-Spring Sprout Kitchen included in the Clinton Global Initiative 图3
2013年9月24日，基金会亮相国际高端慈善活动—"克林顿全球倡议"年会。在美国前总统克林顿及现任总统奥巴马，以及各位重磅嘉宾见证下，黄德荫副主席代表基金会分享了春苗项目的成绩，并且得到了世卫组织总干事陈冯富珍女士的赞扬。
On Sep 24, 2013, Audie Wong, Executive Vice Chairman of ACF attended
Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) Annual Meeting in New York and shared SSK's achievements with guests present at that evening, including U.S. President Barack Obama, President Bill Clinton, and Margaret Chan, the Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO), who spoke highly of SSK.

2013年，安利公益基金会内外部筹款突破了2000万元，比去年增长了74%。筹资方面的丰收不仅为基金会未来的发展打下了坚实的基础，也为我们赢得了广泛的内外部支持。
In 2013, ACF raised more than 20 million internally and externally, showing a
74% growth over the last year. Successful fundraising lays a solid foundation for the future development of ACF and wins us broad support internally and externally.
5.首度入围福布斯中国慈善基金会排行榜-ACF ranked among Forbes China's Top Charity Foundations for the first time 图5
在2013年10月发布的《福布斯中国慈善基金会排行榜》中，安利公益基金会首次上榜。这个排行榜从全国的2000多家基金会中，评选出透明度最高的基金会，作为最值得信任的公益组织向公众推荐，具有很强的公信力和权威度。

图6 6.春苗公益杠杆从1:6到1:8-SSK leveraged government funding at 1:8
2013年，安利公益基金会春苗营养计划的公益杠杆再创新高。基金会目前在春苗项目累计投入了8700万元，背后撬动政府资金达到了7亿元人民币，其中，政府为厨房项目的基建配套投入约5个亿，仿照春苗厨房在全国建成了2500多所厨房，相当于2亿元投入，春苗撬动的不仅是更多的资金，更是大幅度的放大了项目的社会成效。
In 2013, SSK leverage reached record high this year. ACF has invested RMB 87 million in total on SSK, leveraging government input of RMB 700 million. The government has invested about RMB 500 million on SSK's infrastructure, and following SSK model, the government built more than 2,500 kitchens in the whole nation which is equivalent to a RMB 200 million investment. What SSK leveraged is more than funding. It amplifies the social effect of this project to the fullest extent.
7.爱心捐款人回访春苗厨房-Visits to kitchens by major donors 图7
2013年全年，安利公益基金会总计组织了9次项目回访，回访拉近了春苗项目与爱心人士的距离，也让他们了解到自己的捐款发挥了怎样的价值，进一步增强了捐赠人对基金会的信任。
ACF organized 9 donor visits in 2013. These visits drew donors closer to SSK,
helped them understand how their donation impacted rural children and reinforced donors' trust in ACF.
图8 8.全年媒体正面报道超过3000篇-More than 3,000 positive media reports
2013年，安利公益基金会传统媒体报道达到了3100多篇，比去年增长将近1000篇。
In 2013, ACF generated 3,100 traditional media reports, 1,000 more than that of last year.
9.获得第一笔海外机构捐款-First donation from overseas MNC received 图9
2013年，安利公益基金会获得了第一笔来自海外机构的捐款，就是跨国企业Owens Corning对春苗营养计划的支持。Owens Corning基金会的主席也受邀参与了项目的回访，在肯定春苗项目的同时，也表示会继续推动公司与基金会的合作。
In 2013, ACF received donation from Owens Corning, a leading transnational Corporation. The Chairman of Owens Corning joined the visits to kitchens at ACF's invitation and spoke highly of the project. He also showed that he would continue to promote the cooperation between Owens Corning and ACF.
图10 10.公益人才培养计划树立行业声望-Training program for philanthropic talents became most influential in China
2013年，"中国公益人才培养计划"成为最具影响力的人才培养项目，吸引了1000多家公益组织报名，对入围前50的NGO进行了培训，并最终资助了10位公益机构的负责人，项目得到了国家民政部的高度认可。
ACF launched Philanthropy Talents Development Program in 2013. Over 1,000 charitable organizations applied for the program and ACF trained the top 50 NGOs. Top 10 trainees were selected and sponsored by ACF, and the program was highly recognized by the Ministry of Civil Affairs.
